We began our tour driving through Sydney. Starting in the Rocks area, stopping at Mrs Macquarie's Chair then via the Eastern suburbs to Bondi Beach followed by a cruise around Sydney Harbour. We then walked to the National Opal Collection. The next day we toured to the north of Sydney stopping to visit Featherdale Wildlife park. We then drove along the northern beaches stopping for free time to shop and have lunch at Manly Beach.
Our stay in Sydney included free time which we used to tour the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Harbor Bridge, the Hyde Park Barracks and just to walk around downtown and Circular Quay. We had guided tours of the New South Wales State Library and the Sydney Opera House.
